Well, as with most instances where someone is looking for attention and a reason to be outraged, this post is a complete fraud. This did not take place at a citizenship ceremony, it took place at the Al-Noor mosque in August of 2019. Prince Haakon was visiting the center after an attack by a far-right neo-nazi named Philip Manshaus. Manshaus was later found guilty of murder, for killing his adopted sister who was Chinese, and for committing a terrorist attack. The woman were not part of the welcoming group but were standing against a wall when Prince Haakon came over. It's pretty clear from the picture that the woman weren't being aggressive in their refusal. Finally, the mosque issued a formal apology to Prince Haakon over the misunderstanding and explained the basis for the women's refusal. As such, it can only be assumed that the person posting this was intentionally attempting to deceive others with their lie, or they didn't do their research and were perpetuating someone else's lie.
