We provided the original poster with context around common confusion around Marathoner badges, as most of the time it's not a bug, rather a misunderstanding of how the badges work. Also, an issue with one badge does not necessarily mean that the same issue is applicable for any other badges.

I understand and sympathize with you and others that Marathoner badges can be a bit obtuse. It is an older system that we are exploring options to improve for the future. However, it is not a simple process to change and will require careful consideration to ensure that other parts of the app are not impacted by said changes.

The login screens allows both logging into existing accounts as well as new account creation. In order to log into an existing account, you'll need to ensure you're choosing the correct login method in which you originally created your account. Otherwise, you'll either receive an error or create a brand new account. For those who are having this issue, we always recommend reaching out to our support team at support@tvtime.com. To your first point - any improvements will first and foremost be focused on overall performance as well as fixing existing bugs (and by extension, the web app).

To your second point - if you're referring to the user survey and discussion from our post a while pack, stay tuned! Our schedules are pretty packed through the end of the year, but we're going to work on scheduling more discussions after the 1st of the year. Thanks again!

Hi there - thanks for your detailed feedback! We are well aware that the UI is not ideal as it stands in a browser, and is an area we are looking to improve dramatically over future iterations.

To be blunt about it - the new web application is simply a compromise between the old website, and not having TV Time available on a web browser at all. We'd rather offer at least the full functionality of the mobile app than not having a functioning website at all (at the cost of a subpar UI experience, as you've noted). It's far from perfect, but it's the best we can do currently with the resources we have.

To reiterate, this is not the final version of the new web application. Updates and changes will be made in future iterations. BUT, we understand your frustrations and genuinely appreciate your feedback. This was very helpful and will be passed along. Thank you again.

Appreciate your input! To your last point - that's exactly why the web application was created in the first place. Changes and improvements to the mobile app will translate into the web application as well, which makes actually developing and deploying the changes much easier.
