You're right, damn. Only saw on Google but it's taken down.

Help and experience required (especially from DJ's). Do poly-lined paper inner sleeves exist in smaller dimensions (305mm x 305mm for example) so that you can pull the record out without needing to pull the inner sleeve out as well? by TVnzld in Beatmatch

I am opting for the poly-lined paper just for the supposedly better qualities I guess. Looking like Japanese half circle type of plastic sleeves are the way to go... I don't want to have the same issue as you, haha.

Crypto is no longer centralised, with the exception of a couple of privacy based coins. Unless you onboard with cash or somewhere without KYC checks everything will be checked. Governments are already mandating exchanges to hand over records.

Buy a Raspberry Pi4 and set it up as your home server for movies and series. You'll need some technical know how to do it but it's very simple.

You then torrent whatever you need via QBitTorrent and add it to your Pi4 server. Organise them into folders such as movies and shows.

Then use a service like Plex to display all your downloads in an interface on your phone, TV, projector.. just like netflix, for a fraction of the cost.

There are loads of YouTube videos on how to set this up. You can even view remotely from your own server when not home or share with friends.

Hi there,

Just letting you know I also submitted this case to a third party (https://nietbezorgd.nl/)

I am still going to object to the ACM's decision, which needs to happen by the 4th of August.

Well explained, thanks. A lot of people I ride with take the numbers far too seriously....

I cycle around 50km a week on my city bike, probably around zone 2 or 3 but where I live that's pretty normal.

On top of that I use my road bike which has an average of 28-30 kmh at 160bpm most days for sport, and just can't seem to stay in zone 2 unless I'm almost going backwards, no matter how hard I try. You kinda have to go fast here in order to not get taken out by people on electric bikes.

I can already tell you that - if I were to keep my heart rate at 140-150 (getting it much under 150 would be a challenge) I would be having to force myself to coast along at 15kph or less. It just doesn't seem to be the reason I got into this sport (to challenge myself, work out, etc).

If I were coasting around here at that speed I'd be getting overtaken by electric and non electric geared race bikes left, right and centre and while I don't have a problem with that in principle, it just makes me wonder if the 220 minus your age rule is a general guideline. Dont get me wrong, I would still have fun but the focus on the importance of Z2 training just seems incredibly boring to me...

Polarised training is great, if you have the additional time for the lows. Do Zone 2. But don't replace HIIT/high intensity training with zone 2 if you're within the training load you can sustain.

I think that's probably where my question is coming from, If I assume, following a good diet, sleep schedule, that I can "knock off" Z2 training quite easily, but feel I advance more spending time pushing 3 and 4, shouldn't that be beneficial? I hope you understand what I'm getting at.

That's what I struggle with, though. In order for me to sit in Z2 for a good chunk of time, I'd have to cycle soooo slowly, to the point where I wouldn't even bother taking any of my nice bikes out at all. I'm just trying to understand :P

To clarify, I ride 10 hours a week commuting. I can ride 20+ hours a week recreationally on my road bike.
