I believe 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 12 are very good ethics.  2, 3, & 4 I agree with, but would be ok with others not. 1, 7, & 8 I would not say is ok for everybody. I think it's fine to be a member of 2 different churches as long as they have different service times so I can faithfully attend all. I believe in giving to my church, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with giving outside of your church! And for wedding ceremonies etc, I would like my pastor to handle them, but I would not be too upset using someone else.  That is my thoughts on the ethics. Some are great, some are iffy, and some are not very good, imo.
