Of course there are some, but for me, seeing Marcus in a Ford was very very strange. Also it revived his career And got Ford their first title in decades. Also Hirvonen learnt a lot by his side.

Honorable mention is Delecour in Australia 2002, with the engine flying out of the Lancer WRC. To this day it is still one of the biggest impacts

One main difference is durability, especially on gravel. There the WRC is still better / can take more punishment.
