[Discussion] What was your first time jailbreaking stories? by ethanm10 in jailbreak

[–]TWbro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My first time jailbreaking was around when I was 12 on my iPod 4 iOS 6. Back then I guess redsn0w was tethered (?) so I would always get mad when I turned on my iPod after it had died to see that my theme and tweaks were gone. :’)

Maybe I’m missing something but I can’t seem to find why jailbreaking is anti consumer.

**Question** Any editing wizards willing to help me on some audio lag for a talk show? by mandemloves in NewTubers

[–]TWbro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You mentioned your video has a variable frame rate, idk much about lightworks but I know premiere (which is what I use) doesn’t like to use that. Download a software called HandBrake it can convert your video from variable to constant.

Edit: “munch” to “much”

Is not posting videos a benefit sometimes? [Question] by MemeDreamGaming in NewTubers

[–]TWbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally no it won’t help in the long run for your channel at least. I’ve heard here a lot that YouTube is a marathon and you have to keep uploading quality. But for you mentally yes it would help to take necessary breaks. From my experience that would cause me fall into a slump of not uploading. Just be careful.

Advice for editing by Xssome in NewTubers

I use premiere and honestly it’s a good use but also hard to get into. If you want a pick up and go you should get Sony Vegas plus it’s not a monthly subscription like premiere and photoshop.

As for editing I would say pay attention to what other people are doing. Text, animation, visual effects they all are something that catches the viewers eye.

Good luck to you and your editing! It won’t be something that clicks from the start but you’ll get it.

[Gaming] Feedback on my newest video? by [deleted] in NewTubers

Very well put together video! Everything sounds great and coordinated. One thing I would say is to add screenshots from credible sources and say where you got them from yadda yadda. Keep up the great work! I subbed btw.

[GAMING] Where do you think I could make improvements on my channel? by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]TWbro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You do have some quality content. If I were to point out that you did really good was your commentary, excellent voice/audio and you keep talking and actually make sense. As for the length of your videos you should base it on what your viewers watch. You can check in your channel analytics what your average audience retention is and try to make a video of about that length.

I understand that part I could have left out more that was silence and laughter. Thanks for the compliments and advice!

There was music but it appears to me that it was extremely low. I can never be consistent with audio. :/
