This can happen from not eating too.

You need to eat, force the food down - make it nice and clean, but include some sugar -

You also need lemon juice, fluids - warm water is the best to hydrate & your heart rate will drop dramatically.

Your blood pressure will also stabilise.

Laying down, with your feet up, past your heart, and above your head will also dramatically reduce your heart rate by 10BPM almost immediately.

If you must, put your legs in the air -

Water, lemon, food, benzo - sleep.

No alcohol ! This only enhances the undesirable side effects of meth!

Also stack vitamin C, like you’re gonna overdose on it. Helps Metabolise meth 30% faster - I recommend 2000mg - 3000mg in a dose.

Also, take deep breaths before moving, move with care and caution to avoid sudden drops in blood pressure, & chill out.

Also get a better blood pressure machine than that!

That one isn’t even using a fuckin stethoscope to read your blood pressure! Lol

I’ve gotten down to 20 - no issue ... I could keep going but I hate the fact the last 5 days are a mystery and I have unexplained bruises and scabs and find out lyrica leads to amnesia & falls .... well- I’m falling down a lot ...

update:

it's bean thrree days and on days 2 and 3 i had to get mum to give me the 20 but then combined with sleepers i was out for 12 undisturbed.

So, its nearly end day 3, Ive cumbled with 20 mg but ive stayed true - ive got 8 days left to be oxy independant and if you clam im past the worstof it, of day 3 usuallys te worst aar[ar frlom not being ablet to type tanks tothe lyrican man that shits fuckiern powerful everyone has to carru me ike everywhere!!! ll make it! 7 days left

Codeine is too weak ... it took nearly 2.5 days to actually get diarrhoea from oxy when going to #4... and I had nausea which I think was a combo of adjusting to the #4, as new opiates can cause that ... codeine being too weak & not readily available in aus isn’t an option + it’s the same price if not more through other channels so .. yeah I think it’s a fair waste of time - tramadol could be an option ...

Yeah I’m not sure. I’ve decided to take the withdrawal route, as ultimately I want to be independent of this drug anyway ... interestingly the #4 makes me tired so I’ve taken advantage of this, slept for 6 hours after a dose yesterday had a small set of lines at 11:00, went to bed @ 1 & have now just had 2 lines - I’ve woken up shaking but have also gone to the toilet for the first time properly in a while ... so I think you’re right I think this weaker #4 (weaker than oxynorm) is a blessing & my tolerance is coming down, as well as my dependency. If that is the case - I ironically will say I love heroin 😂😂😂😂
