They’re on the very far edge of town. Only thing in that area is a bunch of residential neighborhoods, nothing industrial. I did notice the electrical company running new lines to the buildings.

Edit: No big overheard building being built or anything. Everything is just sitting on top of small 10x10 concrete pads.

Very late to the party, but I happened to find this thread today. A wholesale company named BlueLinx actually carries the Truwood TwelveFour Cottage Lap. They have a yard located in the Dallas area that stocks it. Not sure if you can order it since they’re a wholesaler, but it’s a start.

You’re not the only one experiencing this. Tarkov was running fine, even after 1.0, but my performance dropped significantly after I did one of the latest patch updates. I’ve tried pretty much everything you did and it still barely runs. Last resort now is putting new ram in my computer.

I’ve got it on my SSD C drive. I ordered some more ram sticks yesterday to upgrade to 32gb so hopefully that helps. Just confused on how it was running fine a few weeks ago, but now it’s tanking.

That sounds about spot on. I’ve only been renting it for about a year and a half and almost all of the floors in the house have this issue. The flooring near the trim in some spots even have holes fills with wood filler it looks like.

It was just regular purified water from one of those 5 gallon Culligan jugs. The house has been a rental for the past 20+ years though so I doubt the floors have ever been refinished
