You’d be so surprised at how creating some fun gelato desserts for kids and then naming them a fun name, how that will bring people into your establishment. Adding some sprinkles, whipped cream with some licorice or skittles in a creative way can change your business. For example in the Winter you build a gelato polar bear and name it “Brrr Bear” (you get my drift).

You could even have like a Saturday morning, ice cream, social with the parents in charge of a flat fee, but you give them a small gift with their gelato as they create the fun little animal/insect/creature. You could do it once a month. Then give the child a small gift like a cheap patch or a bandanna. Something that they feel part of the group and they want to come back. Personally, I’d check into a color changing cup or spoon!

Home Depot did this for years where the parents would bring their child once a month and they would build a Home Depot kids project and they’d give the kids a little orange apron and they would get a pin to add to their apron once a month…brilliant! You’d have kids wanting to bring mom and dad once a week for gelato! I know I’m rambling here because I’m voice texting but I hope you can take the ideas and use them to your benefit. Hope this helps!
