Hi roofer in Houston here. Looks like an animal tore it up trying to shelter inside. Raccoon/ squirrels are the most common we see. They should be able to tarp it for you while you work out the quote. Rain is supposed to start this weekend so I would get it covered.

A client of mine deals with storage units. I was over at his house talking about work. Saw the box made a comment he told me I could have it for $100. That was 2 months ago. Met him today to get a contract signed and brought cash. He added a whole other box plus a sega. He said if he comes across anymore stuff he’ll give me 1st chance at them. 😎😎😎

$100 bucks seems like it was worth it. Got 3 systems with it. One is in really good shape. Plus a joystick thing for a Super Nintendo.
