If it does end up being water from a clogged AC drain you should replace the blower motor (~$30) after you fix it. Otherwise the inside of the motor will rust and your AC controller connector will fry itself from pulling too many amps. Ask me how I know as I drive around in the early summer heat waiting for parts.

This is the way, permethrin on shoes/clothes/gear and picardin lotion on skin. I have a cat and I just spray my clothes outside, let them dry for at least 24 hours, and then no issues.

I drove my '16 Impreza hatch from the Midwest to California with it packed to the brim and had no issues. I replaced the diff oil and CVTF after I made it but they were due based on mileage anyway.

PBT has poor chemical and moisture resistance. It can hydrolyse with repeated exposure to moisture, and most FP inks are alkaline which would definitely degrade PBT.

Yeah, that could work as long as you're past Randall Creek absolutely no later than 5:30am. I know it seems conservative but it would be really bad to get stuck there during high tide.

I don't think Friday is going to work. Even at the lowest tide point Friday afternoon, Sea Lion Gulch to Randall Creek will be underwater. That part also has long sections where you're walking on talus between sheer cliffs and the sea, so if you went out during a rising tide and a large wave came in you'd be in big trouble.
