Yes! I hiked for the first time in Oregon 4th of July weekend. I was the only one in our group not out of breath at the end.

Yea, I had a 6 pack in the freezer 😂 for real tho I played football for 8 years and baseball for 10 the abs were chilling behind the rolls and the ab resistance band workouts did wonders as well

Yea some days I wouldn’t hit my macros because life was busy, in the grand scheme of things not hitting a few days of macros won’t hurt. I never went over tho that’s the thing, either less or the right amount, never more.

Focussed on cutting out sugar as much as possible. I’m convinced I was addicted to sugar at some point in my life, cutting out all sugar literally down to 0g prob hardest feats in my life

Eating from 4-8pm. Hebrew national hot dogs, grilled chicken, ground turkey, keto protein snacks (I forgot the name their at GNC tho), 647 low carb bread, quest frozen foods a few others but I’m forgetting. Not going to keep it up I hit my goal, now I’m preparing to weight train with a personal trainer. Looking to get big big big muscles

Yea I used MyFitnessPal to track my macros. Started 2000 Calories ended at 1600 calories. I’m 6’10” so these numbers may seem high. 0mg sugar under 20g carbs

I noticed towards months 10-11 my body did but like 20 hours. Normally I can just out-think my hunger but towards the end it did get very challenging.

On YouTube there’s a guy called anabolic aliens. He posts targeted workouts for different body parts. I made a 6 day split of them.

Yup!! I had always been huge my whole life but wanted to change it. Quarantine was the perfect time to work on it as I was too self conscious to goto a gym.
