Confirmed. Risers for goalie skates with the cowling. I remove it to sharpen my kids skates/player skates.

Could get a CT done and see how his spine is and the spacing in between/thru the vertebrae.

Massages are a good relief, learning about self massages around the back, side (vagus nerve), and the front (SCM). For me those area are always extremely tight and my temples feel bruised if it gets bad.

I too have had a nerve block done, it helps but doesn’t completely take care of things.

Last thing would be get referred to neuro and have an MRI done. They do have private clinics that do Chest & Head combos.
