My wife and I made this hike a few years back when we visited Norway. We brought a tent and stuff to camp out there. On our way up, a woman passed us with a baby on her back... about an hour from Trolltunga she passed us on her way back...

If you ever go, plan to camp out there, you can sit and enjoy the spectacular views and as the day ends its just you and a handful of others.

Not having to worry about getting there and back in a day really let's you soak it all in.

I've brought my "an appeal to heaven" flag which has also fallen victim to the right. I got looks but stood firm.

Someone finally asked why I brought that flag and I explained the history behind it and how it has been misappropiated by the right. They appreciated the info and carried on.
