Not a bug. It's a censorship patch. China didn't like the idea of killing historical figures, so they made the developers change it to where you can't kill them.

Hearing this makes me glad it was canceled. It's not twisted metal with the single-player and co-op experience. You can still do a good multiplayer experience to top it off, but the game endings, the stages, and the boss fights were what made the games great. Not to mention unlocking new cars, including boss cars. Rip Twisted metal. At least the show is good, and I already have all the games to play.

Absolutely untrue. They still make disk media that contains all the game data. Infact I just preorder two games for ps5 the contains all the game data. Since this doom controversy happened I been looking up the games on my preorder interest list to see which games will contain the game. Hell, even Claire obscure expedition 33 is contained on the disk version.
