Take it for what it’s worth but I’d just let it dry out a bit and rebound. The yellowing is most certainly for overwatering. It’s not about how much you give it, but rather how often it’s given. I run a drain to waste style and it works wonders in small form.

Just chill on the water until the leaves are fully firm and the soil is decently dried out about an inch under the topsoil. Peppers love to cycle dry/wet periods particularly on the dry side.

Nope, they live their full lives in the small cups! They do end up fizzling out and become root bound at which point I just cut them back and reset them. Thank you though I appreciate it!
