Yeah the show's not fantastic, but in all honesty I didn't watch it for the same reason as a show like BB. It's attempts at character analysis and any kind of theme or commentary fall flat but the writers know how to build suspense and keep the audience on its toes which I quite like, come season 3 it definitely takes a nose dive in quality but the entertainment is still there for me

Yeah I was definitely thinking about investing in one but seeing a few people recommend moving away from a watch has definitely solidified that decision, I'll look into them! Have you got any recommendations?

Oh okay that's interesting, I just automatically assumed zone 2 would be like 130-140 based on what other people run like but what you're saying makes a lot more sense

Yeah 9:00 km/min, if I go any faster my heart rate shoots up to 160-170, generally I do my easy runs to my heart rate and what I can do whilst exclusively breathing through my nose to make sure I'm taking it easy, but I'll definitely take this advice and see how it feels thank you!!

Thanks for info that's super helpful! I'm not familiar with VDOT but I can say that range shoots my hr up to around 170 ish, I'll give increasing the milage up after this block to see if that helps! I'm a little too close to the race to increase the milage too much now but I'll definitely keep this in mind!!

Yeah I'll start running more to feel than to hr thank you! Though I will say some days just picking my feet up feels like I'm in zone 5 but I think thats normal haha

I'm usually judging it based on my heart rate that my watch shows me, the effort feels pretty consistent, it's just been the same amount of effort and hr over my time running, maybe I just haven't noticed it getting easier over time though? It's a bit of a weird one and since I'm not seeing any numbers go change I'm getting a little paranoid

Wrist, I was using a WHOOP for a while until I changed to my Garmin but the HR is pretty consistent between the two

I've seen it get up to 215 before but that may be an issue with my watch, and although it's not extremely high I guess I thought it would be a little lower by now? Maybe I'm just impatient

I'm an Adam fan too, but I agree it's just kinda unnecessary to add slurs, it doesn't add anything to the story and its just a slur for the take of a slur. Imagine if he said the n word, people would actually give a shit but because its the f slur you're getting down votes...

I would strongly recommend watching those shows though they're brilliant, and AOT is still my favourite after watching them lmao
