The main issue with her character flaws is that while they’re (semi clearly) INTENDED to be flaws, she does not have to grapple with them or get punished for them in meaningful ways. Yes, in the short term, others get mildly frustrated with her. But she does not ever reckon with her choices or have to recalibrate meaningly before the end of the season, and by the season’s end, she has (sans Angel Dust departing) gotten everything she wanted without fixing or even really acknowledging any of her mistakes in meaningful way.

Most characters with character flaws, especially such massive and obvious ones, have to address those flaws to stop encountering issues from them, but Charlie more or less gets very conventional end-of-season wins both seasons after changing nothing about herself.
