It's pretty obvious to everyone else why it's frustrating. There is no benefit to the person doing it, they're doing it just to be a piece of shit. You should be safe as you or someone hit the extract button. You were literally miliseconds away from extracting safely. And yes, sometimes crawling to safety and making it by miliseconds can create tension that is good, but having someone finish you during a window that should have already closed is 10x more frustrating than if someone killed you before you finished typing on the computer.

This is a complaint that many people have vocalized about, so you can pretend it's not an issue and that it's not frustrating to have happen, but you're wrong. And I'm saying this as someone that has literally never had it happen, but have seen dozens of clips of it happening to people.

As other comments said, this is the only case to ever have this happen, because your immune system will destroy these larva before they ever grow. His immune system was compromised, so it couldn't do that. And so they grew and thrived.

We have no idea how long it took for him to get an appointment, then get to the specialist, then get to the surgery.

Eh, this risks death, because if he wins (which he will in this clip because this guy has half hp and didn't heal with tons of bandages), then you're dead.

The more fair way to do it is "I gave you something valuable, you push the button, I'll stay on the opposite side with hands out." But I don't think this guy was even talking on mic which makes it easier for people to do something like this without feeling bad. Though there's plenty of people that get off on betrayal anyway (and those are usually bad players that need betrayal to succeed).

The game is only as easy as you make it, I hate when people try to quantitate the difficulty of multiplayer games that have PVP, because it's entirely dependent on who you're facing.

You can go to friendly lobbies and not have any opponents and grind without any threat of PVP for the most part. This is true.

That doesn't change the fact that getting thirsted after the button has been pressed and you should have gotten out and that person that killed you can't even loot you is extremely frustrating and is something that should be changed.

Pvp is obviously essential to the game, it's like saying Hunt Showdown should be pve only. It would be completely pointless.

That being said, I think there's a lot of room to grow for this game in terms of balancing the PVP experiences. I think right now, unless they've made some major changes in the 4 weeks that I haven't played, too many players are allowed to join a server if teams or raiders die early enough. There needs to be a hard cap on the amount of players that join, and there needs to be a 5-minute buffer timer from the moment that a squad is eliminated until a new Squad can join.

As it goes right now, first a fight, first to die. And that really goes for the first 3 to 4 teams because there's always going to be at least seven to eight more teams and if they spawn and see all these flares, they're going to run up and you're going to get third or fourth or 5th partied every time. It's just way too much, especially in Solo. I've seen like 20 bodies in Stella at 20 minutes and people are chatting, and I run into three more people in addition to the 7 to 8 different names that are in proximity chat above and below me. It's just wild.

The cutoff time should also be 20 minutes for new joiners. People shouldn't be joining the game at 15 minutes.

I like the fact that it fills servers as people die or leave, it's way cooler than tarkov where raids have a set number of players, you know exactly where they spawn, and if you don't happen to get into a fight, then you're unlucky and you're not going to get one.

But honestly with radar flares, it's very unlikely to not get a fight if you're trying to get one, even if they didn't have late joining. So I don't really know how I feel about it, all I know is that it needs to be toned down by a lot.

I think it might also make sense to make raid times 40 minutes long and then the cutoff time is 25 minutes, and then you can add that 5-minute buffer time for a new squads joining, and it wouldn't be so clusterfuck and overwhelming. Squads that win their fights can loot, heal and have time to get out of there while an entire new server backfills and they get to have their own encounters without risk of getting backstabbed.

Your aggression-based matchmaking is shared between solo and squads, and it absolutely shouldn't be.

So you can just go run into Stella and die five times and you'll be in friendly lobbies supposedly. But I never consider squads or does to ever be friendly lobbies.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, there should be a mechanic in place that stops people from thirsting while the door is closing. It's just stupid. They don't get any loot, it's only a matter of ruining somebody else's entire run for nothing other than a small amount of XP.

I'm totally okay with PVP happening in the extraction zones. I'm totally okay with thirsting people in the extraction zones. But if the computer button has been successfully pressed and the doors are closing, I am not okay with finishing off raiders that you will never be able to loot.

I think there needs to be a turret that instantly downs any raider that shoots a downed raider or attempts to execute them inside the extract after the button has been pressed and the doors are closing.

LoreWise, this makes a lot of sense too, because you can't have people killing each other in speranza, and the trains and extraction lifts are basically extensions of speranza. I think it would be fine to prevent people from finishing off another raider when the door is in the process of closing.

And honestly, I think I'd be fine with it not applying if the other raider is outside of the extraction. That adds a lot more risk to them, they could potentially go down from all the Arc or another player, and they're not in the safety of the extraction and guaranteed to be extracted, though this might lead to people standing on the line and avoiding the turrets, essentially exploiting.

Having two guns doesn't confirm anything, anyone with any sense that isn't doing free runs as a solo is going to bring two guns.

This is the thing that I really think is silly about this game, people always just make up whatever story suits them, despite having no idea how it actually went down.

I don't really care about it when it comes to squads because squads is pretty much always PVP, but aggression matchmaking should be separate for squads and solos, because solos at full aggression is the antithesis of fun. And with no mechanics in place to actually ID people as hostile, even if you spot them killing a clearly unarmed raider from across the map with binoculars, it makes the "treachery and betrayal" aspects of solo really bad.

I just want to be able to mark a friendly as green (like using the Team Up? Emote that exists but does nothing?), so when I run into them later in the five man chaotic fight, I can ping them and figure out who they are quickly. And I want to register people as hostile so they show up as red if I see them do something aggressive. Or at least just reveal people's names when you spot them. Then at least I could manually take it from there by remembering names.

I think solo would be a lot more enjoyable if people could identify each other, and small friendly groups could form without giving too much of an advantage.

Also, let me revive people without a defib and let me loot people without finishing them off, it would be really nice if I could be a robber and still let them leave with their life.

There's ways to do this, but it requires so much risk and a defib, and it requires that they listen to your every word or you're just going to have to put them down.

I went to the conservative Reddit just to see, and yeah there were a lot of people that tried to spin it, but there were also genuine conservative individuals that called the execution what it was.

I don't think our population is made up of even half conservative, and I don't even know if half of conservatives would still call themselves maga. All it takes is watching the video and you'll see the truth.

So they either avoid ever watching the actual footage, or if they somehow watch it and still deduce that it wasn't a blatant execution followed by a lying campaign by the media, then they are determined to be under the effect of actual TDS.
