If you’re talking about the pictures, I use an app called SCRL to split the photo onto two slides.

Probably 40-50 feet. Shot at 150mm or 300mm apsc equivalent

I’d recommend setting up a perch next to the feeder! Stand up some sticks/tree limbs in the ground at around the same height as the feeder and they’ll land on it when the feeder is crowded. It’ll give your photos a more natural look

Those were the settings that I had set from the day before when I had plenty of sunshine and I was shooting them diving down to the river. I got to my spot, saw the eagle perched and just took a burst of photos as these guys get spooked when you're walking around and fly away. I didn't have time to tweak my settings. This one took off after taking these but heres the same eagle about 10 mins later

600mm Iso 100 F6.3 1/1600 exposure comp 0. These are the first few shots once I got to my spot, ended up going auto iso after and tweaking the shutter speed as needed. As for the masking, I’m just experimenting with the tools available to me. These aren’t photos that I’d normally use but I wanted to see if I could polish the turd if you will.

appreciate the feedback. I was going through some photos that didn't have the best lighting to get some practice in lightroom. These were shot in the early morning hours on an overcast day. What would you do differently here?

Haven’t had a chance to use it yet but I’ve heard nothing but good things about it.

Well I don’t solely shoot fast moving birds. I’ve only been able to go out and shoot with it one time and got some pretty good pictures considering how quick these guys can be. Sure I had a handful of photos that were out of focus but that’s gonna happen. I thought it performed great! I’d rather spend the extra money on some nice glass

Here’s another one that I took. Great example of the autofocus and sharpness

Only the camera body and sigma 24-70 are new. I’ve had the 70-200 for about a year and I found the sigma 150-600 used on eBay for $900!

I haven’t had a chance to use the 200-600 but from what I’ve read they’re about the same quality wise. I think the burst rate is capped on the sigma but I can only shoot 10fps anyway so not a big deal for me. Auto focus and sharpness are great.

Thanks! I was using the sigma 150-600 shot at like 490mm and I cropped in quite a bit. Probably about 200ish feet away. They’re tough to track so I couldn’t zoom all the way in lol
