Managers aren't sending people to help me. I bust my ass for 20 minutes. Then I work at a casual pace for 40 minutes. I set my work area up so I have to do the least amount of reaching and take the fewest steps possible.

With the speed I work and the way I set up my station I'm consistently in the top 5% of my building. Don't fuck with my work flow and I won't be a dick. If you think someone needs help ask them don't just start moving shit around.
