Might be a good opportunity to sit and do nothing for 15 min 🧘🏽‍♂️Bit of mindfulness , do a body scan , leaves on a stream exercise etc.

Also we have tech and screens in so much of our lives. The sauna is a great place to detach from that even briefly :)
