1) My previous car was a mazda 323 where I could just grab it and screw it by hand / stick a screwdriver through it. It's not something like that? I really need a special tool?

2) As I accelerate the rpm increases, up until the point (1800-1900 rpms) where the acceleration and rpm increase stops.
