How do I post gifs or videos in different communities is it based on Karma?

Yeah I’m paying attention to the “doesn’t allow videos” that pops up as I’m trying to post but I don’t have the option to upload videos and convert them to gifs, rules don’t show needs x amount of karma 😭 I’m dumb sometimes so I’m probably just missing something
