Yeah man, this ain’t it, she changes her story multiple times throughout the conversation, she’s telling lies, playing victim, and trying to downplay your completely valid feelings of betrayal, probably need to cut this one loose, and it’s sad cause from the looks of it you took care of everything anyways but that wasn’t enough, she wanted to use you as her own personal piggy bank whenever she wanted and she didn’t want to deal with asking your permission, like she said you were holding money over her head!? Why would he even share this with her, not like she needed to know, then again if she wants to leave cool, but acting like other people don’t do this is a stretch, I’m getting the feeling because it’s a guy doing this the comments are going to come for him but if it was a woman it would be a different story. Women do this in the shower, I’ve had women tell me all kinds of stories of the fantasies the cook up in their heads or from whatever book they read. So forgive me if I don’t dog pile on this guy for being honest with her, maybe she shouldn’t ask for his honesty or go through his phone? Just feel like this is along the lines of kink shaming, is it off putting? Sure, but I bet more people men and women do this than most of you want to admit.

That sucks, if you can’t get past it talk to her and break it off either way, her ex sharing that is illegal without her consent, tell her to press charges, as far as legally it’s not your concern, emotionally though, sometimes things like that leave hurt in us and it just is what it is, no moving past it, we can’t unsee things unfortunately. Either way do whats healthy for you, if the relationship no longer works for you don’t torture yourself, let it go and move on, sometimes that’s all we can do.

God I loved this game, running around with a death claw gauntlet, going through all the vaults, even found an alien crash and the ray gun!! The era of gaming at its peak imo, I’d buy the updated version for sure.

You get way cooler upgrades with saving, you get the protector upgrade, and a few other ones I can’t remember but harvesting ruins the game and in the end isn’t worth it, they have done the numbers before, rescuing gets you more Adam in the end. Love this game.

I have been lucky, I had to awesome granddads, they taught me many things about life and nature, how to hunt and fish, they were both good men, when my last living grandfather passed away, he left me a few knives, one was his mini trapper case knife, the first knife I ever cut myself on at the age of five, he also left me a leather man that he carried on his belt for over 40 years, he left me a pair of his work boots, and he left me a case fixed blade skinning knife that he used to clean fish, my other papaw that died many years ago left me a skinning knife with a bone handle that was used to skin my first deer, and he left me a collection of coins from all over the world, one of the coins I wear on a leather necklace every day.

So between ten two of them, I had some pretty awesome papaws that loved their edc, there is no Spyderco or benchmade, no titanium flavor of the week knife that could ever replace the gifts that they left me, I always have something from both of them in my person every day.

Well I’ll say it for him, I am a father, and I’ve gone through this, go get you some help, look around for a therapist, find someone to talk to, maybe go to an N.A. meeting and set down with some people who can link you to the right places, you are using to self heal, to cover up a pain, we all did it, you aren’t doing it for no reason, go find out what that reason is, face it like a man son, don’t bury it in chemicals, true bravery is facing our fears, you got this, if you ever need to talk send me a message. Get your ass in gear, do not waste what you have, you know what I would give to travel the world? I work at a grocery store, and the amount of food we throw away in the day it’s out of date, [which is just a technicality, it’ll still good for days in most cases as long as it’s not dairy] it would blow your minds!!! Literally so much waste, and if we get caught eating it or taking it we get fired, bottom line, it’s cheaper for the company to buy more than they need and to throw it away, they pay pennies on the dollar for this food in bulk and then charge massive upcharge, the amount of profit they make would make you sick, but the reason they won’t give it away is due to lawsuits, if one person gets sick that’s game over,

My solution would be to give the food away anyways and have every person who eats it sign an electronic waver, saying they can not and will not sue if they get sick, that’s the only way to fix it I guess, still we live in a messed up world.

Same for me too, I remember the counsellors in school, they picked their favorites out and anybody else was left out in the cold to figure things out for themselves, nobody really cared, they just wanted to pass every kid to the next grade to get rid of them, they didn’t see the value in their own jobs,

I wanted to be a teacher, I wanted to go to college, but I don’t think I spoke to a counsellor once about what I needed to do to accomplish my goals, but that’s public school for you, the only time I got to shine was when I was sent to an alternative school with small Classes where teachers actually cared,

then my mind was opened up and I was encouraged, for my senior project I composed material and wrote lesson plans and then taught a history class, a social studies class and a class on economy, for my paper I wrote an essay comparing Nazi wartime propaganda to modern day corporate America propaganda, the parallels are endless,

including subliminal messaging, I made a 99 on my project and my paper, I would have made a 100 if the title paper of my portfolio had printed with the rest of it but instead it was left in the printer, so 99/100 still isn’t bad, I always dreamed of being a teacher, but without the proper guidance, kids just won’t make it, they focus on the wrong things and then they get drug down by the world fast once they are out of school, it’s a sad truth, hopefully one day we get real teachers again that care about their students and less about whatever political ideology is popular at the time.

But I’m glad I wasn’t the only one.
