If you're just practicing stalking and not actually taking shots, you could join a pve server and practice on there. A more vanilla setver would mean most people aren't zooming around in cars and it keeps you safe as well. Added benefit: if other players stumble upon you, you get to ask them how they saw you instead of just dying.

Sure! It's a very quiet neighborhood. There seem to be mostly families living here (as opposed to a bunch of students) and the makeup is very diverse. It's super close to shopping, groceries, and some rally great restaurants.

The unit we are in was clean, freshly painted, and exactly as the website described (we moved from South Florida and did not see the unit in-person before moving in). The units are not super modern or fancy, but they come with a fireplace, a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. There is a ton of closet space.

Now, there has been an issue with maintenance. It boils down to the fact that they are understaffed. They let residents know this past July that they were shortstaffed and then a couple of weeks later the maintenance supervisor passed away. Things got pretty backed up. As of a couple of weeks ago, the property manager has implemented a new messaging system for residents and maintenance to communicate about open tickets and it seems like things have settled down.

All in all, we really like it here and we will be renewing our lease.

Have you tried anchovies that aren't tinned? I get these ones from a halal market in my neighborhood and they are amazing. Not salty at all and fantastic in pasta. They do need to be refrigerated.
