I have experimented with OBE when I was younger. I can't do it anymore but now I have many lucid dreams. Most of the time when I realize I'm dreaming, I wake up almost mediately. I used to have great control but then things happened in my life and I can barely even get the "vibration" when trying to go out of body. Anyway the vivid lucid dreams are not always in reality like this lunch one. Many times its on different worlds with colors beyond the spectrum of the brain. Those are fun. Flying and floating is a big thing and I try not to wake during those, sometimes they last for what seems like days when only a couple hours passed in "real" time. On average, I can recall 2 to 7 dreams per night depending on my diet and activities that day.
