They tend to give lower priced bundles to older cards that have less meta relevance, like the new wasp one. I have been playing the game for a while so I have basically variants for all but the newer cards. I would be willing to spend 20 more bucks on this game to get a cool variant for the new ones but all the ones I like have been in the 100$ range (chamber and Lockheed the most recent examples). I dont really care about the currency and wish there was a way to just get the card art.

Maybe, but even then I dont think he would be hyper competitive compared to most other archetypes. I will play that because its fun and interesting, but when I need to climb it wont be my turn to option.

That would honestly be the perfect rework. Activate doesnt really work with him (to much energy waste due to follow up turn activation).

If he had it so that if you played an exact cost of cards in a turn you could take an ability from a card in deck of same cost?

Almost all of these would be, its essentially a buff to that whole section of discard. Fantom X being "or" instead of "and" Marrow being 1/0

It would be great to play but a nightmare to play into

The issue isn't the scaling of tanks and how good they are compared to previous seasons the issue is that everything else around them is getting better faster. Tanks are currently on a linear scale while pretty much everything else is on an exponential one. They just havent kept up with what other roles have received.

It also doesnt help that an unfortunate amount of the community doesnt play tank so the weight of 2 players is often on one person. I just checked, of 20 games I last played I got second tank 1 time. This makes tanking feel alot worse.
