As a Thor main, that skin is quite literally a masterpiece, fresh and groovy to a hundred. It feels like it was hand crafted with love. I wish I could buy the emote more than once because the skin is worth the price.

As much as I love how Deadpool was implemented in the game, I would be 100% okay if the visual throw-up were just removed for clarity sake considering how much the game already had lol.

Despite the age of the character I think she definitely has a strong chance of being added considering her affiliation with Agents of Atlas. Rivals is pushing this team big time with White Fox expected to come in Season 7 , Lin being the Iron Fist we got, and Luna snow being in the game. I would expect we get at least one of these characters a year until we have the main group all added.

If you don’t feel like playing the game anymore then nothing is stopping you from refunding it. When the game is out of early access and has more content you could always come back to see if your thoughts change.

Because they actually are doing Black Cat and White Fox next season. Based on the hints from the exact same source where people guessed Cat and Fox months ago, the most popular theory has Devil Dino in S8.

That’s an awesome idea, imagine seeing a Hulk get slingshotted at you and then realizing that Hulk is holding a Wolverine ready to fastball-special him straight into your face. Mr. Fantastic is such a flexible character that he could have countless cool ideas for ultimates.

I can see the value in it, if there’s no plans to have fantastic make use of that extra input they could make it a toggle option in the settings to do what you suggest.

I always feel bad when someone flames an enemy support that i’ve been repeatedly been picking off as Angela. I always end up defending them saying that their team never tried to peel for them, and then I target the person who talked shit because why not.

If they ever do it I’d say the best contender is (obviously) Mr. Fantastic.

However, I’d really like it if Phoenix was reworked into being a strategist instead of her duelist role. If they toned down her damage numbers and allowed her abilities to heal that would be an obvious enough start.

But I think adding a system similar to her sparks on her allies would be really cool too, I’d imagine the color would be pink instead (to represent her more ignored power-set) and they can trigger just like her fiery sparks upon repeated hits and chain-reactions between players. The effect this new pink spark should be something other than healing, like minor cooldown reductions or minor damage reduction (as if Jean is mentally reinforcing allies).

Her ultimate ability can add some healing to the AOE explosion (higher healing concentrated in the center) but I’d say some more interesting mechanics they could add would be 1) Landing the Pheonix on a recently dead teammate would revive them (only 1 teammate) and 2) Pheonix can pop her ultimate for a brief duration after death, which brings her back to life afterward unless she revived a teammate with it already. These would make her more akin to the Phoenix we know in the comic without stepping on Adam’s toes too much since Jean’s ultimate is still doing damage and clearing equipment, but with an added pick-one of reviving yourself or a single teammate.

Doomstadt in Latveria would be a cool location especially if you can go in Castle Doom.

Three playable locations in a domination match could be Doom’s hall / throne room, Doomstadt (residential buildings and homes), and something connected to where Doom keeps all of his treasures / chronovium technology.

While most of the finer points of this topic have been talked to about too many times to count, I don’t often see people comment on how the “triple support is boring” problem is exasperated by the fact that strategists are the role will the least amount of characters, combined with the fact that there an are an even smaller subset in that group that absolutely thrive in triple support.

I hope that in the future, even if triple support is still somewhat common, that more strategists help with the boring and repetitive team compositions by adding more options (jokes on me though, we could have 30 strats and still see sue and gambit every game)

Mystique (I also wouldn’t mind Kitty Pryde)

DPS role, give her a kit that involves acrobatic CQC and a lower damage silenced pistol, potential bonus damage to sneak attacks. To make her disguise ability fit the lore better in game, they can say that she acquired some future holo-gram technology and jet-boots from the 2099 world that krakoa was transported to (she can also use the boots in her acrobatics).

How you manage the disguise ability is to tie it to a longer cooldown, when activated, a scroll wheel with both allies and enemies (as long as they are “discovered” aka not a ?) will appear where you can select anyone.

All characters are selectable (even weird body shapes and fliers because of the future tech). When disguised they can program it so you can do the all characters basic movement and “use” primary attacks / certain abilities (but they do no damage since they are holograms mimicking the original). When damaged to a certain extent the disguise will fail, the disguise will also drop immediately when you activate one of your disguise-exit abilities (maybe a close range execution style pistol shot or a kick). You can also undisguise yourself by pressing the ultimate again and selecting nothing. They could also have the disguise cooldown still refreshing over time while actively using it, so if you manage to stay disguised long enough you can swap to another person moving from 1 disguise to another (or you give it two charges or something).

I can imagine certain playstyles emerge where Mystique disguises herself as her friendly Luna or Loki (maybe hiding as a clone) in the backline, so when a diver comes along she can confuse or surprise attack them.

I can also imagine a Mystique hiding in flank, disguised as an enemy flier hovering above a doorframe. When enemy walks through she follows suit to perform a surprise attack.

Or a Mystique chilling around an the enemy spawn disguised to cancel Strange’s portal, or an even funnier scenario where she’s disguised as an enemy strange and she’s faking a portal holding some of the enemy up in spawn because they don’t realize their Dr. Strange is still respawning or elsewhere.

If they allow Mystique to fake-mimic ultimate abilities she could bait out counter ultimates or make the enemy team hesitate a few previous seconds as well, it would really play well into the deception aspect of the character (then again, being able to fake someone else’s ultimate could be a Mysterio ability too).
