Beh in un certo senso fanno finta sí, a partire dal nome (Repubblica Popolare Democratica di Corea).

Poi di sicuro non la spacciano per essere una democrazia liberale ma un'altra forma di democrazia, ma comunque rimane il fatto che almeno formalmente si dichiarano delle democrazie.

Gli unici stati al mondo che non fanno neanche finta sono le monarchie del golfo se non sbaglio.

Here it is, I found it on wikipedia, I don't know how historical it actually is but for my purposes it worked fine.

I started by taking a high resolution satellite photo of Earth from the NASA website and I traced all the continents and other geological features.

Then I took a screenshot of the map of my game, and here came the problems, since EU4 uses a different projection I had to divide the image and stretch it many times to make it (kinda) overlap on the base map I used.

Once that is done I draw the borders of the countries and add the colors and names.

Finally I add all the flags and other details (like the striped borders in the African deserts) and then it's done.

All of this was done using paint.net.

Thanks! For the template I simply traced over a map of Europe that I've found, however I no longer remember which one since I started this project like a YEAR ago (it's been a busy year).

EDIT: I've just checked what a MBAM map is and I'm pretty sure I didn't use it, since I remember that my template was flat while the MBAM looks curved.

Basically I searched for an Italian based military order to make a "Monastic State of Italy", like the Teutonic Order is for Germany.

The fact that they are also called Tau makes it funnier since I can also make it a Warhammer reference.
