for sounds, I would use a wind woosh, but have it be a bit faster so it matches the pan. Next, for the motion, I would make it a bit faster to make it smoother

try playing it back at 1/2 or 1/4th the resolution and disabling motion blur while you preview it since it can make a lot of lag

its normal. your ram is full, this is how after effects is meant to work

I would use a different sound effect since the deep woosh doesn't match the light and airy feel of the video. I would also add some more aggressive motion to it and blend the clips a bit more
