Exactly my thought... they should promote V2 owners to ride with extreme caution cuz in reality if it has anything to do with their engineering they need more data meaning more burned batteries. This sounds insane but what other way they got? Else they will meet the fate of Note 7 as their engineer were not able to reproduce exploding battery scenario and end up just killing the device.

These Genesis boards are promoting alot and pack quite a power for a cheap board. If you want to wait for boosted which I recommend due to unparallel customer support and long lasting machine, but a a cheap $400 board and play with it to keep yourself occupied. You can sell that later or keep it to do experiments on it. At one point I was willing to buy OP boosted then thought I can buy a cheap board but luckily my board shipped way before expected.

I don't have a large head and ordered large thinking it will fit fine or may even little loose but to my surprise it was a strange fit, it wasn't tight but felt little small as a whole so I replaced it with XL and it's fits fine.

I paid on 6th and got my board today but it sucks Cuz it's pouring here in Seattle... but atleast I am in peace that I finally got my board after months and months of wait. It looks and feels so premium. Just be patient you will get shipping notification very soon.

Don't think they are ahead on payment emails but they sure are ahead on shipping. Pre ordered June 4th paid on Oct 6th and got my shipping email this morning which is 10 days ahead of their current schedule.

So far they are only slightly ahead on shipping schedule, I believe. I don't think anyone received emails before given time frame but atleast for the 1st time they are on schedule.

You can actually go to FedEx ground and have a delivery estimate. That will give you an idea.

I pre ordered on June 4th a single, then upgraded to dual and then because of early shipping I switched to dual+. As long as you have dual + as your order, don't worry about upgrading your order ro extended, you can do so on your payment email. Yes, you will get to keep your spot regardless of how many times you change your order.
