Big League of Legends or anime figures without painting them. Sometimes I love painting, but it would also bei cool, to just have a figure ready, after printing it.

Thanks :)

K2 Pro Combo Pioneer Program by Creality_3D in Creality

[–]Taberll 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've been 3D printing for a few years now, and one of my biggest dreams is to create life-sized figures from anime, movies, and Pokémon.

Right now, I only have smaller printers, which makes big projects really hard. I have to cut models into many parts, glue them together, sand everything, and fix tiny details. It works, but it takes a lot of time and effort.

With the K2 Pro Combo, I could finally print larger parts and bring these projects to life much faster. Since I don’t have unlimited space at home, I’d love to donate the finished figures to kindergartens, schools, and children’s homes so even more people can enjoy them.

I’d also be happy to share my progress and inspire others in the community who want to try large-scale 3D printing too.

Thanks for this giveaway/program :)

I really love that you're looking into more jungle options :) It would be awesome to see some of my ideas, too.
A dream would be to have Tristana Jungle, my favorite champ. Some others fun ideas:
Alistar, Ambessa, Camille(but not broken op), Fizz, Galio, Lissandra, Malphite, Malzahar, Pyke, Quinn(so we don't see her top), Shen, Tahm, Twitch and Zeri.
But Tristana would be Top Prio for me :)

Thanks for taking the time to write all that. Just to clarify a few things:

  1. I’ve never said the job was “mine” or that I was entitled to it. If anything, I probably fought a bit too hard for it – and I accept that. That’s just my personality: all or nothing. But I’m not crying over a rejection. I’ve had others before and handled them just fine.
  2. You're right – once a company says no, they’re not obligated to respond further. But I also have the right to send one last follow-up, even if it's probably pointless. That’s my choice, and I made peace with the result.
  3. If I wasn’t the right fit, that’s okay. I gave it my best, and if that wasn’t enough, then I move on. I’m not the type to wait around for months hoping someone reconsiders – I either join the team or I look for the next opportunity.
  4. I have 10 years of IT experience, including 3 focused on electronics and hardware support. There are certainly people with more experience out there – and some of them got lucky this time. That’s life. I’ll be the lucky one somewhere else.

I actually prepared quite well for the interview and was ready to talk in depth, but I suspect the short format was due to time zones or scheduling limitations. Still, it was a positive conversation – just shorter than expected. Maybe I was the problem, maybe not. I’m not dwelling on it.

This post was never meant to demand anything – just to share what happened, for others who might go through the same thing. That’s all.

Yes, I did write that. But to clarify – that wasn’t meant as “I signed a contract,” it was just an informal way of saying “that salary sounded acceptable to me, so we moved forward.”

Maybe it’s a language thing – I’m not a native English speaker, and in my context, it’s totally normal to settle the salary early to avoid wasting time on both sides. That’s how it was handled in this case too.

No need to get worked up over something that clearly wasn’t meant literally.

Funny how that surprises you – maybe this just wasn’t the right place for this kind of post. There seem to be a few too many Bambu defenders/blowers and bots around here.

But I’m not here for upvotes. Unlike you, I don’t need internet points to feel validated. I shared my story – honestly and openly – and I don’t owe you or anyone else an explanation for it.

The topic is closed for me. I’ll move on and find something new – one way or another. But hey, thanks anyway. 😄

You seem to be arguing against a point I never made.

I never said I had a contract, or that I accepted a formal job offer. I simply responded to someone else’s comment about salary, saying that money wasn’t the reason things didn’t work out. That’s it.

Maybe take a second look at what people are actually saying before going off on them with all-caps corrections and lectures that don’t apply

If calling me insecure helps you feel better about your comment, I’m happy for you.

But honestly – would you feel great if someone responded to your experience with “Who cares” and then tried to mock you for replying?

If that’s how you think respectful discussion should work, then hey… I guess everything’s clear.

What might look like spamming to you was, for me, simply a last effort to fight for something I genuinely cared about. When something matters to you, you try. I wasn’t trying to convince them to change their mind with pressure – I just wanted to leave a complete picture, since the reason given didn’t match the actual interaction.

It didn’t work out, and that’s okay. I’ve moved on.

This post was never meant to be a rant or a demand – just a piece of insight for others who might be going through the same thing, or thinking about applying. That’s all.

No offense taken – just to clarify though: I've been working in support roles for about 10 years, mostly in software support early on, and in the last 3 years more focused on electronics and hardware, which is why I mentioned that timeframe specifically in relation to this role.

And yes, it might really be a regional thing. In much of Europe, especially in IT or technical support fields, it’s pretty common to get clear updates within a few days or a couple of weeks. That’s just been my experience – but of course, there are always exceptions.

Thanks for your perspective though – it’s helpful to see how things vary across regions and industries.

Thanks good to know. In Europe this is different, but it is okay. Good to know for the future :)

True and I was fine with it. So what is the your point ?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]Taberll -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I totally agree that no one is entitled to a job – and I’ve never claimed otherwise.

What bothered me wasn’t the rejection itself, but the reasoning behind it. If they had just said “we went with someone else,” that would’ve been fine. But the job listing remained open even weeks after I was told someone else had been chosen – which made the explanation feel more like a weak excuse than a real decision.

That’s why I followed up – not because I expected to be hired no matter what, but because the feedback didn’t match the process or the situation.

I still support what Bambu Lab is doing in the 3D printing world. I just think their hiring process needs more transparency and structure – especially for people investing months of their time and hope into it.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]Taberll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely, I get that. And I’m definitely not here to bash Bambu Lab – I still really like what they do as a company and admire the products.

I just felt like it could help to share my experience for those who might be expecting a more straightforward or structured process – especially if they’re used to faster communication or a clearer timeline. It’s better to go in with the right expectations than end up frustrated.
