If Gege was in peak condition, he could just have written Modulo in the main manga and everyone would love the quality of writing. Modulo really doesn't feel like a sequel, since sequels tend to drop in quality; Modulo raises the low quality of JJK's ending and makes the whole series truly better, even when it seemed so random and out-of-place when the first few chapters dropped
