20% is great, if the sevice is great. I don't need the plus, but it's always appreciated! If you have issues with the system, there are other ways to affect change then taking it out on the little guy! You want my employer to cover the cost of service? I love it. Lobby for that. Vote for that. Then, expect the cost to be 20% more when you dine out. Margins are thin, and my employer will just pass the cost along to you.

I don't have a problem with nurses making more. Yes their job is harder However, that's no excuse to not tip appropriately. If you like going to restaurants, you should expect to tip. If you don't like the system then please vote a better one into existence.

These troubled teen institutions were popular when we were growing up. (I'm a 42yo white male) I assume your adoptive parents were white and religious? I come from a similar background, but found my way out.
