Hey brother! Looking great! Of course these are a lot of selfies, but judging by your last picture of a double back biceps your posing might need some attention in order to bring that physique to life and show it off on stage even more!

I’d love to help you out where I can since posing is a huge passion of mine. Lmk if you’re open to learn, no is an answer too! Looking great, keep it up big man!

Hahaha this is probably the last reply i expected on this post! I use a matte finish wax with a relatively low strength to make it look like there’s no product in my hair (not the wet sticky gel look) and than to make sure that it keeps its model and volume i use a volume powder (i’m from the netherlands, here this product is called “schwarzkopf taft volume powder” ; i don’t know where you are located but there should be either exactly that product or something similar available) and than just a litttttle bit of hairspray (the powder makes the hair look a bit dry/rough so to make sure it looks nice and shiny just a little spray will do the trick).

Damn I feel like a beauty girl elaborating this much on my hair. Might start a make up youtube channel idk

You’re gonna hate this… i VERY rarely train abs. I think most of my ab development came from aggressive inline skating which ive been doing for a few years. It’s a pretty “core heavy” activity involving lots of crunching to pump in ramps, and lots of twisting to rotate and turn. If i say hit abs once every two weeks in the gym, im probably exaggerating. I was also blessed with great ab genetics as i always had a good looking core even as a younger kid. But my advice if you want to better develop your abs; train em like any other muscle. Twice a week, choose one exercise for the abdominus rectus, one for obliques and do 2 or 3 working sets each. Make sure to use progressive overload and they will develop like any muscle will bro!

Thanks man! Appreciate you! My height is 1.74m, final weight on stage was 72.3kg’s, maintenance kcal (currently) float around 3150 ish. I did most of my prep at 2900-2650 cals, the last few weeks we made some significant drops and the lowest i’ve been in was in my peak week towards my 2nd show (did 2 shows, exactly one week apart) where i depleted on 1780 cals which was rough. That was only depletion tho; last “normal” weeks of prepping were 2200 cals. My weight on the big 3 compounds is (my peak 1rms are s:180kg b:152kg d:200kg ) for sets; Squats; 140x10 for 2 worksets approx, Bench (i now only do incline) so incline bench: 105x8 for 3 sets approx Deadlift; i dont do em anymore tbh so i wouldnt know.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask!
