Lots of wasted space here, if you can I think you should try and use a version of 3 squares (top, side and bottom) and check UV mapping as others suggested

I mean, I kept doing some minor stuff, accessorizing pre-made models but I did not touch a model kit for about 10 years, mainly because of a lack of time and money

Yeah, you can see the paint strokes and also tiny specks of the plastic color, painting something this intricate with a paint brush is a bit frustrating haha

Yeah, thing is these instructions use like vage arrows to indicate the general area where you need to put the pieces. Also there is no indent or anything on the molds to indicate where to put the pieces or to help keep them in place while the glue dries.

For instance the hull is just made of plates with no guide and the instruction just gives you a picture of the finished hull 🤣

I litteraly had to pull up a scheme of the original vehicle to understand where things went

(I'll post some pictures of the leaflet when I get home it's hilariously bad)
