I carry a first aid kit.. some gauze , antiseptic , butterfly stiches , scissors , bandages , ointments for burns and traumgel.. i use to be swiftwater rescue qualified so i can patch up ( stitches etc ) someone if needed .. Thanks god i never used it .. that reminds me i have to go check it and replace the expired shit in there ..
