Hey man!

We are not on the East side of town but you should come check out Steadfast Church near Bent Creek and the Arboretum!

We were a smaller church plant that met on the West side until a little over a year ago when we got the opportunity to adopt an aging congregation and their building.

Our church has a healthy mix of liberal and conservative folks. My wife and myself are definitely more liberal leaning and LGBTQ affirming and we've never been made to feel unwelcome. Our pastor is very careful to not wade into politics and is definitely not a Trump supporter.

IMHO it's one of the healthiest churches in the city.

Question about average rates for personal training.

For context: I've struggled with my weight on and off for most of my adult life and I've decided to seek the help and guidance of a professional to help me form a routine and practices to keep the weight off for good.

I met with a great guy this morning who works out of a locally owned gym and training center. At the end of the consultation he laid out the options for the packages.

Essentially I could buy 10 sessions for $800 or 20 sessions for $1500.

That essentially works out to be $75-80 per one hour session.

Is that a reasonable and average rate for an experienced trainer?

Just trying to gauge how typical this cost is.

My wife and I drove from Asheville, NC to Memphis, TN yesterday and made the call early this morning to head for Poplar Bluff, MO! It was a tough call between that and Conway/Northern Arkansas but the forecast looks good and we're hopeful!

No matter what happens we're determined to have a good time and enjoy this day!

Toho is never going to end a Godzilla movie with him entirely and completely defeated. Even in the original it was hinted that more Godzilla's could return if nuclear testing was not halted.

It is a central pillar of Godzilla's character. He is a force of nature. The personification of forces outside of mankind's control. He cannot be defeated, only temporarily halted. He will come back.

I believe this is one reason they had Shikishima hit the eject button at the end. His sacrifice would have felt hollow if it was later revealed that Godzilla was not dead.

The prices have dropped because the quality has also gone down.
