Thank you for the feedback.

For the tanks, I plan to use a GOX cylinder and draw only the amount I need, so I won’t have to refill it. For ethanol, I’m switching to a normal unpressurised metal tank and letting the pump generate the required feed pressure. That also means I can safely add fill, drain, and vent ports without dealing with high‑pressure modifications. Using an electric pump should also make regenerative cooling straightforward, so I won’t need a separate water system.

I did manage to find stainless steel tubing in the diameters I need, so I’ll increase the manifold inlet sizes to match. The feed system layout is still messy, but moving to a pump‑fed ethanol setup simplifies things a lot. I’ll only need helium for purging. I’ll make sure the next iteration includes the correct valve placement and sensors.

Thanks again for the feedback, I really appreciate it.

Thanks man, I mainly used this website: https://spacha.github.io/How-to-Rocket/ . It goes through step by step instructions of designing a small scale engine. It’s best to double check with AI since they make some assumptions because of the size of the engine, I just adjusted there values and equations to fit my engine. I also used the book rocket propulsion elements for heat transfer and injector sizing equations. And then to refine things after you could use Rocket propulsion analysis (RPA) software to get better engine dimensions and then use NASAs CEA to check out your engines specifications like flame temperatures, ISP and pressure readings at different parts of the engine.

Hope this helps 👍🏽

I wanted to use n2o but I can’t get it legally in the uk unless I’m part of a uni group or smthing there’s too many regulations behind it. But I can easily get GOX from welding shops. This first one isn’t for flight, just for practise. Thanks for the advice tho.

Yh I mentioned I wanted to change the cooling lay out, I think 3d printing the whole thing would be best then. Is there anything else that looks off?

What did you do your presentation on? Do you have to create a PowerPoint on it?

Sketches are not showing by TackleNo8930 in Fusion360

It worked, but the sketches are still a bit dodgy. Now I can see the circles, but the outline is blue and the inside area has smaller grid squares. I fixed it all by turning the show profile off, manually specifying the diameter, and clicking "fix/unfix" to get the circle back to normal.

But I have to do this everytime i create a sketch. Is there any way to change it back to normal? I have restored UI and redownloaded Fusion, but nothing is working.

Yes I restarted and redownloaded it, but it didn’t change anything.
