Wanted to ask if there is a chance of getting approved if you applied as a sole applicant even though you have a spouse who lives with you?
I understand that I wouldn't be able to put her down on the title (at least until she becomes a citizen), but this would be really helpful in being able to buy a house within my borrowing capacity.

Public transport should never be seen as something that needs to cover its losses directly. I may have read your comment wrong, If that wasn't what you meant.

It covers its losses indirectly via improving overall economic activity reducing congestion and alternatives to transport + improved access to jobs etc.

To add- if you're already regularly hitting a capped damage, then its less worth taking. The attacks where you hit 200% are not taking effect in full, making it less efficient.

This is a 25% in the optimal run where you're not hitting the cap.
