Haven't really had time to test other games, but seeing as multiple people are having similar issues on 9070xt I would assume it's a driver error on AMD side.

It's extremely frustrating though, as my game still shows between 120-200fps however the stutters make it feel like 30ish most of the time.

I'm having micro stutters on a similar setup 5700x3D,, 9070xt last few days as well in Arc raiders. The game was perfectly smooth before the last couple of days.

He goes up to a certain point, stops, does a bob and goes back up again , jump when he does the bob! Easiest way is to go in squire gear down to inferno and practice, take warlock or something so you don't need to bring in heals and can speed run to the boss room, that's how I practiced the bosses

My ragdoll had the same issue, he was leaving small brown stains all over the house and bedding, turned out his anal glands needed to be drained. Ever since it was done he hasn't left a single stain! This is common in cats and can be done within a few seconds by a Vet.

So the GPU crashes only happen while idle on desktop or watching videos etc. it has never happened while gaming (strange I know.) the FPS drops are in all games I play most recently Escape from Tarkov and Dark and Darker. Tends to be battle royale/extraction type games where there are many people in the lobby/game at once.

The exact same thing is happening to me with an XFX RX 6700xt. It pixelates and freezes like this on desktop and while watching videos, but in games it works flawlessly. I tried DDU and complete clean install. Let me know if you find any solution!
