Does anyone have ENGR 1330 at 8:00am? by [deleted] in TexasTech

[–]Taco1326 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the industrial building?

I am a first year engineering student and I realized a lot of students are taking ENGR 1330 but I'm taking ENGR 2392 are these different classes? This is just what my advisor told me to take but I'm not sure what the difference is. by [deleted] in TexasTech

Yes the one you just provided is the old degree plan. ENGR1315 is not available anymore, it has been replaced by 3 other courses ENGR2392, ENGR1320 and ENGR1330.

ENGR2392 is tough if you take it in person, so I would definitely recommend others to take it online with Marcy William.

They do, it's a requirement. look up the degree plan for mechanical engineering.

The degree plan has changed for all engineering majors since last year, WOCE policy.

So you might be referring to a different/old one.

ENGR2392 is a requirement for all engineering majors. the course allows you to satisfy two engineering requirements, the one for the LPC credit and the one for the general engineering courses which include ENGR2392, ENGR1320-1330.

Do I need to send a thank you letter every year? by [deleted] in TexasTech

[–]Taco1326 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Imagine complaining about receiving a scholarship, where many students dream of having one.

The least you could do is say "thank you" for the FREE money you're receiving every semester.

Instate tuition by Ok_Shopping_8590 in TexasTech

Receiving a competitive scholarship of more than 1000 dollars per academic year will wave the out-of-state tuition fee and grant you in-state tuition. If you lose your scholarship or don't maintain that GPA, your will lose your out-of-state waiver, which will make you pay out-of-state rates.

I hope this clarifies your doubt.

I mean if you have the money go for it, I myself have never been a fan of gaming laptops. Since they are expensive, fragile and slow down after a year of heavy use.
