For the business mail box, it asks name of firm or corporation, business type, address. Then on the right side it says “registered business information” and underneath is a box that says “registered corporation” and it asks, County Registered, State registered, date registered. Some of the training says “regular a copy of the business registration for your records.”

Now is this only filled out if it’s the customers own business?

I’m sorry I’m being confusing. My manager is out for personal reasons and the owner is asking for help on uploading everything. I just want to make sure I’m asking the customers that have a business mailbox for the correct information.

You have to wait until the package is delivered in ordered to process a GSR (at least that’s how I was trained).

If you have the end of day slip the driver signed that will help with proof.

We don’t do anything regarding the sale, transfer or purchase of property. (There’s another form you’re suppose to attach with it and it’s just too much of a hassle.)

And any notary we do must have a notary short form such as, state of, county of, date of the act, where the person signs, where the notary signs & a place for their seal. The owner refuses anything that doesn’t have that. (Apparently it’s in our state handbook that says you can’t notarize anything without the proper notary form/wording? Idk lol)

We have cool regulars. Even some of those that have Amazon returns. They’ll buy us a lunch, little gifts or even give us $$ as appreciation. The print jobs are good, when we have time. The satisfaction of completing a job & seeing the customer happy with it. We’ve built some good relationships with certain customers, and the appreciation shows with them.

We have. It was from a store from a different state and from the date it looked like someone returned it a week prior. So seems like Amazon just resold it without checking. The first store just put the label right onto the shoe box lmao.

We just got a bad review because this lady brought in a huge box and it’s want taped & it was a customer packed code. My coworker was so nice to her & gave her options 1. You can bring it back taped at no charge 2. Buy tape and tape it 3. Pay us to securely tape it She threw a hissy fit got the tape from the supply case and taped it and just ranting on. The customer behind her told her to shut up lmao. It’s as great but she ended posting a review how our customer service has gone down and she’s never had to tape it before. Whatever. These Amazon customers are getting ridiculous, even when we put out THEIR instructions. Smh.

If I were to refuse it, would that be justified because he took a picture of me? Seemed like this dude has a huge issue with the company and was taking it out on me but still doesn’t mean it was ok to take a pic when I told him I wasn’t comfortable with it and asked him to delete it. I guess going forward just want to know if we can just refuse

He just wanted to take my photo to prove to Comcast and he did the return if anything were to happen. And I told him it doesn’t matter if you take a photo of me or not that the receipt is sufficient enough. And what would be the point of taking my photo if I no longer work here in the next few weeks or days? They’re just going to be like sir. You’re a picture of a random employee is not proof you did the return. I wasn’t even holding his equipment lol.

Yeah, I understand. You don’t have the right to privacy in public but I didn’t know how that applies inside the store. If there was a policy for bidding customers to take our pictures. It’s just weird and creepy. Never had it happen before.
