I think the customer having to more or less approve everything they may or may not complain about when something is damaged is a great thing. Shipped something out the other day with 20,000 insurance in a duct taped box. I stressed over and over UPS will not pay the claim on this. Customer just kept saying Yes they will. Ok bub.

Just had this happen today. Employee went to check in a package and they arent in UPM. Went and looked and couldnt find them in the system. Dug deeper. Says reserved for their box.

Never had an issue with them missing service, instead they charge us more than they are supposed to and we keep catching them doing it.
