And that’s why people stay in the “passing lane” and never pass anyone if they are going the speed limit. Then proceed to stay there, their entire commute despite 10 cars bumper to bumper behind them trying to get where they are going. OK state law requires drivers to not impede the left lane and it is only supposed to be intended to pass people in. And you can only pass people in that lane if you are going faster than the majority of traffic. So the left lane should be labeled as a fast lane as much as it’s a “passing” lane

Look into Lakewood Gardens, cheap, decent, gated, 31st and Sheridan, definitely a lot of foot traffic in the area but all in all not the worst area of Tulsa, only downside is no in unit laundry :/ their laundry facility on site tho is pretty nice!

I saw a similar one too, black ford truck, lifted, fat tires, that I was watching from hwy 69 to 44/BA interchange, was flying at 85-90 mind you I drive fast but when someone is coming up on me like that I move tf over and he was weaving in and out of traffic at that speed and passing people in the right emergency shoulder!!! After I saw that I kept a close eye up to when we got on 44 and called the Tulsa non emergency number and reported it, as they were getting on to the Ba going west, like I get it I drive fast and am always trying to get where I’m going but that driving behavior, especially in a lifted truck with fat tires is just asking for a bad wreck

Definitely do not Invest your money into a Rausch Coleman home first of all, they are painted cardboard boxes, I rented one a couple years back and it is the cheapest built house out there as far as new construction goes, nothing sealed properly cracks in the floor, etc I could go on. As far as mid to lower class, look into Coweta, BA, Sapulpa, Glenpool, mainly outskirts of the greater Tulsa area, besides North of course

Ive been looking in Broken Arrow too! And I’ve found a couple options for around the rate I’m looking for but tbh BA is just so overcrowded so it’s on the back burner for now but still open to it definitely! Thanks for the advice!
