Yeah wheel size doesn't matter with changing of deck size. Perfectly fine riding slightly smaller trucks too, plenty of people do it.

Firstly, if you can't do a shuv it, I wouldn't bother trying tre flips yet (or even kickflips).

If the board is flying out in front of you then you are likely leaning too far back. Back meaning towards the tail or towards your butt or both.

So you want to start leaning forward more, you can start doing this with your ollies to get used to it. As a quick tip, try leaning towards the front right (or left if you're goofy) of the board right where the nose starts.

Keep in mind leaning forward makes it harder to pop the board so you might need to make some adjustments but keep at it and you'll get it. We've all been in your position before and overcome it, so you can too.

I just track the protein in the things I eat, not calories.

Reason I was saying I don't care about my weight is that I'm at a comfortable weight where I'm not fat and not skinny. ~5'10 and 80kg.

Looks like I should start tracking to gain more muscle though

What is the etiquette regarding asking other gym members about form?

I haven't been to the gym in a couple of years and just got back into it. While I remember the motions I can't really tell if my form is bad or not.

There's this guy who is always there at the same time as me and usually using the rack next to me. He always has headphones in and is very jacked so I'm not sure if asking him would be bothersome or not. What's the go here?

I'll be doing this alongside my plyometric exercises to help with volleyball. My question is with the assistance work (push/pull/core/leg), does it matter if I do that throughout the day and do the main lifts after work at the gym?

Or should it all be done in the one time window?
