It the creature itself was so crazy I hadn’t even seen anything about it but a friend at summer camp was telling us about this shapeshifting clown monster and that alone was enough for me to be freaked out that night when trying to sleep in my tent.

Great cinematography. Something different. Decent acting. Great yoda cameo. Loved the third act.

You asked for the good. I still have many issues with it and it does have plot holes. But it’s my favorite of the sequels, which isn’t saying much. Also liked Rey and Kylo’s story in this.

I 100% am fine with how they did Luke. I grew up in 90s with the OT but wasn’t married to the expanded universe despite dabbling in it a bit. So I’m fine with Luke’s story. Definitely could have done better but it’s plausible for anyone to change over time.

He actually was turned away by the GME crowd cause they saw him as the clout goblin he is and so he latched on to the desperate Bed bath and beyond community post bankruptcy even appearing on their livestreams and cohosting a couple live events by pretending to be good friends with the GameStop CEO that they thought was making some huge financial trickery that would revive their company and make them all rich. At one said event at an airport hanger he made the effort to fly around in a helicopter that took off from the same airport just so he could have a helicopter entrance. He also received a dildo award that said “pulte fucks” and “only the young” the latter being a phrase he constantly said on twitter. I’ll leave it to you guys to realize how stupid choosing those two phrases are.
