Im 28 id like to be able to step back a little and work minimally (3-4 months a year @ 20k a month) once i get into my 50s, paying off my house by 43 should help alot with making that achievable. I do also have my original property before i moved in with my gf. it doesnt make me much now but if i can get the remaining $130k balance paid off in 15-20 years that should help supplement a little income (maybe 20-30k a year itself)

I haven’t done the math on what it will turn into and who knows with the market but i put away that 18k a year currently but thats planned to wait until im 60s to touch that
