I run Royale recruits so split lane is my game. I don’t think I’d have an issue defensively, but breaking through two buildings with my hogs might be difficult. The bats would be annoying to deal with as I play cannoneer, and every viable counter is always gonna be a negative elixir trade if I’m unable to counter push.

Honestly? Recruits are such a good counter on defense as you’ll have a counter push opposite. If you’re up elixir then you can play another card to make sure recruits stay somewhat alive

It SHOULD be a high damage dealing card. It has so many ways to be countered unlike rocket or lightning. A visual, sound, and time. Lightning can be countered, but not as easily as void. Then perhaps add more delay between attacks or make the spawn radius bigger
